I've lived in 3 different BYUI apartment complexes, and this one by far has been my favorite! The ONLY reason I'm leaving is to get married! They are affordable, have incredible management, and the best YSA Ward I've ever seen. ♡ Thank you Cottonwood for the best part of my college experience!!

I moved here from Center Square and it is SO friendly. I was worried that low rent meant low satisfaction, but I was quickly proven wrong. The building managers are so incredibly kind and understanding, and they are always proactive about doing maintenance. You put in the request, and they are ON IT. I adore the community and feel of this complex, and as someone who hates walking long distances, the walk to class is nothing. Definitely check this place out.

Best complex you can get for your buck. -CLOSE to campus -FREE LAUNDRY, (if any of the washers or dryers don't work, the management fixes it within, max a few days, but rarely does that ever happen. -STORE and CARWASH right across the street. Everything you could need is within walking distance. -There is PARKING -APARTMENT CHECKS - super EASY and relaxed. It is not hard at all to pass the checks. I have never been charged for anything. -MANAGEMENT - absolutely phenomenal. They will help ya with anything, and are very quick to respond and to fix anything. -ATMOSPHERE - Immaculate. Super social and fun! Always something going on. - BIG PLUS - Water never runs out of hot water, because of 2 hospital sized boilers. Super clutch cause Idaho gets cold. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
